I slept at 4am and waked up at 9am before lazing on the bed. I managed to make it to office at 12pm sharp and waited for the meeting. It was quite pathetic for there were only five of us inclusive of James and Francis. They announced about the JTC flats, which were passed to two teams and they claimed that our company was doing rotating of “lobangs”. In fact, we might not get the JTC flats for the next batches. In the case of our small team, we might not get many flats since we had to split with other groups. When they talked about the student hostel, I was so disappointed and did not wish to be involved. I collected the cheque for Mingfa before taking bus 145 home, which was a wrong choice for it was crowded with students.
My mum got an electrician to replace the spoilt power switch inside the room and I was impressed that that guy did not turn off the main switch. I dozed off for some time before beginning my work. Just right after Mingfa was asking me about the photos taken during the beach outing, Mingen called me to ask for them as well. I was pretty unlucky for my elder brother somehow stayed at home whenever I was at home as well and thus I did not want to disturb him.
Tiffany was at Mingen’s house and they sent me their photos for me to resize and send them back to upload into Friendster. It was a very tough job for I was busy working on my sites and many video clips were opened and my system was moving like a snail and yet I had to open the Photoshop to do them the favour. Anyway, they looked nice together inside the photos.
When my mum got home, she started nagging that I did not on her rice cooker and I stopped her immediately by showing attitude. I was simply irritated for her instruction was not clear before leaving the house. She told me she could have forgotten to press the button behind the cooker and I checked the power was on and thus left it as it was. She could at least tell me she wanted to cook and not just keeping the food inside warm. In fact, she did come home after instructing me but she did not bother to check it. This proved the communication disability between both of us.
The television shows caught me but I managed to continue with my work at the same time, at a slower pace. I was so motivated to sleep early but was distracted by a stranger who added me in MSN.
There are many fake Friendster accounts surfacing recently. The culprit manages to register different accounts and uses his/her script to join Groups and post announcement/discussion to ask members to add “her”.
Do not anyhow add new friends especially for guys, since the fake accounts are usually uploaded with hot girls’ pictures. One way to easily identify them is to look at the total number of groups they have joined – those bots usually join MANY of them.
At present, no harm is seen to be done; but future lies uncertain. To avoid any problem, just simply do not add those accounts.
If anyone spots any such account in the group, please notify the administrator to delete them.
There are many kinds of people in this world, and sadly, those weird ones do appear in the internet.
In this article I would focus on those shameless ones. Some people for whatever reasons, can resort to stealing pictures from others and claim to be the owners. This is common but I will condemn it if it is for more than a joke.
Can you imagine someone stalking you over the internet and stealing all pictures from your blog or even Friendster account, and set up a Friendster account using the stolen pictures? This is very common for those ugly bitches to gain online friends; but if that person uses your name and nickname as well, and even starts a second account probably due to overwhelming friend requests, it is scarce. And what if that person even sets the account to private, perhaps, does not want you to view the profile, how would you feel?
This is the case for my volleyball friend, Jesselyn Lim Jialing, also known as Jesuke, the cosplay lover. The impostor indicates at the fake accounts that she is from Japan, which is so pathetic. Many fools would of course believe the impostor because of Jialing’s hobby as a cosplayer, which she takes many pictures of herself in those animates’ dresses.
I seriously cannot figure out why that person can go into such depth. If that person is a girl, she can of course make many male friends because Jialing is a babe, but however, she probably can only remain net friends with those poor guys; if that person is a guy, obviously he is a gay.
We cannot deny the access of crooks to the internet, nor can we totally stop their evil doings, but at least we can hinder their progress. This will at least kill all the unlawful and shameless efforts of the impostor.

Maybe u shouldn't be so shallow n condemn others of their jobs.. U r just lucky to be able to live in cosy n well to do singapore, but there are many people out there who will do anything to earn a living n at least they are not doing anything evil.So I just hope u learn to respect others even though u dun respect yourself.You wan to meet people of great benevolence or friends who can see beyond the others and appreciate you. I was messaging the ex GESSians (Gan Eng Seng School students) in my Friendster friends list to join the Friendster group and was amazed to realise I had so many ex schoolmates in my list; some had rarely talked to me in the past. Anyway, it was so tiring to message them one by one and I could have messaged the wrong person but I should ignore this shame.
Apart from this, I was discussing with Mingfa over our career as property agents and the plans ahead. Before I went to sleep, I had a chat with Marlboro and somehow, an ex schoolmate Eugene Ang came into my mind again. This great friend of mine during PJC had disappeared from my life for so long and I doubted his number in my phone was the most updated one.
I tried to sleep at 2.30am but it turned out disastrous again; it took me more than an hour to doze off eventually.
In the morning as early as 9am, I received SMSes from the agency to wake me up again, followed by a dream in which I was attending my elder brother’s birthday at Kim Tian Road. My auntie’s flat was upgraded to more than seventy storeys and I was inside the lift with Mingfa and other people, whereas none of us knew how to operate the weird. We had great ride inside the fast moving machine which brought us up and down, and the feeling was very real.
In the end, I took the stairs down instead when we were nearer storey. Then, I got to see many people leaving the place as the party was over. There were many ex secondary classmates of my brothers and I was so sad to have missed the chance to interact with them.
By the time I woke up, it was near 1pm and I knew I had missed the plan to test my legs in a morning jog.
Since it came out months ago and suddenly disappeared in about a couple of days, Friendster Groups have finally surfaced again.

I registered a Friendster account for Yaozhong, who proclaimed himself as “Pierre”. I helped him to add our ex classmates and also updated some personal particulars for him, including a photo of him taken during our last outing, when he was doing his small business in front of the urinal.
However, he deleted the photos and all the decent particulars about him!
I deleted some of my Friendster testimonials which were totally irrelevant to description of me; all the “Happy Birthday” and “Merry Christmas” were unfortunately not spared.
A sudden thought of going through them made me realise the existence. I did not reject them immediately as to show respect and friendliness to my friends but had forgotten to delete them.
I hesitated for a while but soon took the first step to click the delete link one by one. I hoped my friends would not mind me.
So, my initiate of over hundred testimonials are reduced to eighty-two now. Please pity me and show me some appreciation, regardless of my flaws, pen down truths about me.
There is a big problem with me that whenever I face any small problem, I take it too seriously to heart. This is why I always have lots of stress when problems come at the same time. Perhaps, for most people they would have decisively employed methods to solve them without as much consideration.
The sudden emerge of this issue is brought upon by a recall to write a testimonial in Friendster.
To most people, they would just treat it as a small favour, but it means absolutely big business to me. I never want to misuse this feature in Friendster or even to give a slightest aid to boost the tragedy.

I cannot probably follow the trend of the attentions-needed people due to my principles, writing worthless and meaningless texts to testify a person’s character.
In Friendster or similar networking websites, for every friend in your list, they have a few hundreds of friends as well; thus it is difficult to get a nice number of the "2 Degrees" friends.
I slept throughout the whole morning and then the afternoon. Although I had woke up a few times, even to take my breakfast, I didn't spend too much time not lying down.
Blogspot was down and then I redirected my domain (http://sillydumb.com) to my website instead of the journal page (http://sillydumb.blogspot.com). It was my itchy hands to try to change the DNS host name of my domain to Irwin's webhost, which caused the down of the domain. I didn't know how long it would take to be up again.
I failed to do what I wanted afterall. Currently, my domain was used as redirection only and my intention was to point it directly to the website, so that it will not take an extra step from the domain name to the actual URL. I wasn't good at such stuffs anyway.
The day wasn't fruitful as the down of my domain name had implanted the "sian-ness" in my brain. Basically, nothing was done, except for the new picture I edited out of the photos taken during the Chinese New Year Eve, which I uploaded into my Friendster account (http://www.friendster.com/profiles/sillydumb). I had not even added a caption.
The thing that had captivated most of my attention was of course the television, which greatly distracted me. My mum was the culprit who left it since the afternoon. I had tried so hard not to get addicted to more serial shows but it didn't get to my head on this strengthless day. I even got a headache out of no where for a short period.
The good news was that Mingfa and Andy's team got champion in the Surf and Sweat game. Since I wasn't participating or refereeing, I didn't go down. Maybe I should have joined them at the beach as well to further tire myself out.
Before dozing off two hours ago, I'd edited all the captions of the photos in my Friendster account - http://www.friendster.com/profiles/sillydumb - with more "meaningful" lines. I must be crazy.
